As a licensed California broker, I focus on private real estate investment in the Conejo Valley, a market I've known for decades. I'm not a traditional listing agent — I work selectively, which is exactly how I like it.

Outside of real estate, I've written and published books on subjects I care about: a practical guide to short-term rental hosting, and a children's book about a very good dog.
